MULO's PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION
As a skinny kid, Mulo began working out with the sole intention to become more secure in himself. He quickly found there was an abundance of information and programs, but most of the experts seemed to have size before they started training. Within the 1st year of his personal fitness journey, Mulo's quest for more knowledge led him to obtain the first of five personal certifications and later his first job as a personal trainer at the local YMCA. His passion for mind-body development grew as he learned more about the art of "optimizing" one's body.

HOW CAN I STAY ACCOUNTABLE TO AN ONLINE TRAINER?
With the Mulo Training App. I'll be able to monitor your training and nutrition. I'll be able to step in, guide, support and help you stay on course
DO I NEED SPECIAL EQUIPMENT?
HOW DO I KNOW HOW LONG TO REST IN BETWEEN EXERCISES?
No. Mulo Coaching designs your program based on what you have available.
DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE APP?
Your customized program will indicate rest times between exercises.
No, the app is free to Mulo clients as long as they continue training.
DOES ONLINE COACHING INCLUDE MEAL PLANS?
Yes. Your program will include a meal plan and unlimited modifications and adjustments based on what's happening in your life.
I’M A PICKY EATER, WILL YOU BE ABLE TO CREATE A PROGRAM I’LL ENJOY?
WILL YOU POST PHOTOS OR VIDEOS OF MY PROGRESS ON THE INTERNET?
Of course! I will work around dietary restrictions and preferences. I want this meal plan to be enjoyable and help you stay consistent.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
No. I will ask individual permission. The consultation sheets will request permission
HOW MANY WORKOUTS ARE INCLUDED?
Not necessary. If we discover a gym membership is necessary to help reach your specific goals it may be recommended.
Once you join the Mulo Training App, you’ll be required to fill out a detailed consultation form with more information about your schedule/availability to workout. The number of workouts chosen will based on your goals and the information provided in the consultation form.
HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
The workouts will be customized for you. Otherwise, most workouts are in the 45-90 minute range.
I HAVE NEVER WORKED OUT (OR IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME!) WILL I BE ABLE TO DO THE WORKOUTS?
I HAVE A BUSY SCHEDULE, WILL MY MEALS INTERFERE WITH THAT?
Yes of course. If you are unsure of your form for a particular exercise take a video of yourself doing the exercise and submit it through the Mulo training App. I will then review and provide a critique of your form to help make improvements.
No. There's plenty of resources to help you maintain consistent results when you’re traveling; I will always just be one text message away. My goal is to not only help you stay on track while you’re traveling but to help you learn new healthy habits that don’t change just because your schedule / location has.
HOW MUCH DOES 1:1 ONLINE TRAINING COST?
